The Society’s Blue Riband competition will be in operation at this meeting.
The Blue Riband competition is designed to award the best poster presentation by an Affiliate of The Society.
Posters will be judged on:
the calibre and clarity of scientific data;
the communication of the content;
the ability of the presenter to answer questions concerning the research and findings.
Affiliates of The Society will given the option to enter this competition when they submit their abstract. If you do not check the ‘Blue Riband’ box upon submitting your abstract you will not be able to enter the competition.
A review panel will visit the competition posters and discuss the science with the eligible presenter. The review panel will vote on the best posters, and the presenting author of the winning posters will receive a framed certificate and an Amazon voucher after the meeting.
